If you wish to purchase a product or products that are available through this website, please note that any usage or non-usage of products is non-refundable. You will only be able to receive a refund if you have been mistakenly sent the incorrect product. Orders can only be replaced/refunded via email. Email must be sent with details of the reason for replacing item(s). Your desire to purchase products is at your own risk. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or side effects. For your concern, all lip wear is vegan based while body oil is created with Jojoba oil with other natural ingredients. You can contact us via email for any questions or concerns.
